What devices are compatible with LifeBuddi?

LifeBuddi can be used on an iPhone SE or iPhone 5S or later as well as any Android device with Android 5.0 or later.

I’m having trouble logging in, what can I do?

We’re sorry to hear you’re having trouble logging in to your LifeBuddi account. Please contact our support team via support@lifebuddi.com and we will work with you to get this issue resolved.

Do I need to have an internet connection to be able to use LifeBuddi?

Yes. To use LifeBuddi, you will need to be connected to your phones cellular network or have a stable Wi-Fi connection.

Can I use LifeBuddi on multiple devices at once?

Yes – you can use LifeBuddi on multiple devices with the same e-mail address. However, you’ll need to start a new Action Plan on the new device.

What does the number in the Zone Meter mean?

The number on the Zone Meter in your dashboard is indicative of your progress. In other words, the higher your score – the better!

How do I record my progress?

You can record your progress by swiping left from the Zone Meter on your dashboard.

I liked the action plan that I had last week. Can I do it again?

Yes! You can re-do your 7-day action plan as many times as you like. Once you’ve completed your action plan for the week, LifeBuddi will give you the option to create a new one or re-do it.

How do I download LifeBuddi?

You can download LifeBuddi on the App Store or the Google Play Store.

What devices can I use LifeBuddi on?

LifeBuddi is available for use on iPhone 5s and later, and Android 5 and above.

You can download LifeBuddi onto an iPad Air and above, however you’ll have the best user experience on your phone.

Can I use LifeBuddi on my desktop browser?

Unfortunately, LifeBuddi is not currently available for use on desktop browsers. However, you can sign-up for LifeBuddi by visiting our homepage.

Account Settings

Where can I find my account settings?

You can view and update your account settings by clicking on the “Me” tab in the LifeBuddi app.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

If you’ve signed in using your e-mail, just click the “Forgot Password” link in the initial sign-up section on the LifeBuddi app.

Can I update the email address on my account?

Unfortunately, you cannot currently update your e-mail address within the LifeBuddi app.

However, if you need to update your e-mail address, please contact our support team via support@lifebuddi.com.

Subscription & Billing

How do I subscribe to LifeBuddi?

We’re delighted to hear you’re interested in subscribing to LifeBuddi. To subscribe, simply visit our homepage and click on the sign-up button. You can also subscribe within the LifeBuddi app, by clicking on the “More” tab.

Can I use LifeBuddi without subscribing?

Yes. If you’re not quite ready to subscribe, you can try LifeBuddi out free of charge for 7 days.

How much is a subscription?

You will receive the best value by subscribing through our LifeBuddi website. To view all pricing and features details, please visit payment.lifebuddi.com.

What’s included in your 7-day free trial?

The 7-day free trial allows you to test out all of the functionality LifeBuddi has to offer, but only for a week. After that, you will be invited to subscribe.

Can I upgrade my subscription?

Yes. If you’ve purchased your subscription within the LifeBuddi app, please go to the “More” tab, where you can upgrade to a yearly subscription.

Can I cancel my subscription?

If for some reason you’d like to cancel your subscription to LifeBuddi, you must do so 24-hours before the auto-renewal date.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via Credit Card and Paypal through our LifeBuddi website, or in-app purchasing through the App Store or Google Play Store.

My credit card is about to expire. Do I need to update it to continue using LifeBuddi?

Yes, you will need to update your credit card details to continue using LifeBuddi.

If you’ve subscribed to LifeBuddi in-app, please update your details on the App Store or the Google Play Store.

I’ve just subscribed, but my account didn’t activate. What should I do?

We’re sorry to hear you’re having trouble getting started with LifeBuddi. Please contact our support team via support@lifebuddi.com, and we’ll work with you to resolve this issue.

I’ve purchased a subscription, but I’d like a refund. What can I do?
